Data processing policy

This policy applies to the storage and handling of the data provided through voluntary contributions by the applicants for private dormitory accommodation, by filling the application on the website www.korutimagankollegiumok.hu, or submitted in course of mail exchange with them.

Data management is carried out by the Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft.

the completed application forms stored on server/s at www.korutimagankollegiumok.hu web-hosting service provider, Webnode AG, Gartenstrasse 3, 6304 Zug, Switzerland.

The purpose and lawfulness of data management:
- the aim is to select and offer suitable placement for applicants and then prepare a lease agreement - all at the request of the persons concerned;
- by submission their data the data subjects gave their consent for processing them for the above purposes.

The Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. collects personal data exclusively for the purpose and in the manner described above, does not transfer personal data to a third party, data can only be viewed by the persons performing the sale in the company and handled and processed individually by those persons, without any algorithm, aggregation, statistical and other processing methods.

Data processing and storage time:
The information of the application forms is stored on the service provider’s web-server/s, and deleted by Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. in case if a lease agreement concluded with the interested party or if a lease agreement was not concluded, because it was unable to provide adequate placement.
The data of the applicants in the attendance / queue are stored till the term of their due date and then canceled after the conclusion / failure. Deletions will occur at least quarterly.

The completed application form will be displayed in the first reply to the person concerned. This allows the data to be verified by the data subject to repair, restrict, partially or totally prohibit the use, and use them for other purposes by the data subject (portability).

Correspondence about the accuracy and completeness of the data will be canceled upon expiry of the lease agreement concluded, if the lease agreement will not be concluded, then within one month.

The lease agreements, which include the tenant's personal data, are stored on a paper basis for a period of six years from the date of their conclusion, for the tax authorities.

Applicants concerned may at any time prohibit their personal data from being processed by Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft., they can be deleted either by filling in the application form by entering the name and e-mail address (filled in all other data with x characters) and in the box "your message"asking for the deletion, either by sending a reply to the address marked as a sender of the E-mail on filled-in application form.

Remedy

The data subject has the right to request information on handling the personal information as well as request the correction or deletion of personal information in a manner, described above.

At the request of the person concerned, Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. shall provide information on the data it manages, on the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, about the data management activities, and who and for what purpose the data receive or received.

In the shortest possible time, but not later than 30 days after the submission of the request, we will provide the information free of charge by E-mail, in an understandable form.

Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. deletes personal data if its processing is unlawful, if the data subject requests it, the purpose of data management has ceased or the time limit for storing the data has expired, or it is ordered by the court or by the data protection commissioner.
Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. informs the person concerned of the correction and cancellation. It may not be notified if it does not prejudice the legitimate interests of the data subject due to the purposes of data management.

The data subject has the right to object to the processing of your personal data if:
- the processing of personal data is only necessary to enforce the rights or legitimate interests of the data controller or the data exporter, unless data management is prescribed by law;
- the use of personal data is not intended for the purpose, such as forwarding for direct business acquisition, polling or scientific research;
- the exercise of the right of objection is otherwise permitted by law.

The Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. - simultaneously suspending the processing of data - shall examine the objection within the shortest possible time but not later than 15 days from the submission of the application and shall inform the applicant in writing thereof. If the objection is justified, the data processing will be terminated and the data will be blocked and it will be notified on the protest and the actions taken to all those who are obliged to take action in order to enforce the right to protest.

If the person concerned does not agree with the decision of the Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft., he/she may appeal to the court within 30 days from the date of its communication.

The Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. can not delete the relevant data if data processing is ordered by law but data can not be transmitted if it has agreed with the protest and the court has found the protest right.

In case of violation of the rights of the data subject, it may call to the court against the Körúti Magánkollégiumok Szolgáltató Kft. The court proceeds with urgency.
